1.Scope of Services
SHYAM CONSTRUCTION provides construction services and materials as per client requirements and specifications. All services will be carried out according to agreed-upon timelines and project plans.

2.Pricing & Payment
All prices for products and services are subject to quotations provided before the project begins. Payments must be made as per the terms specified in the contract. Delayed payments may result in a halt of services or additional charges.

3.Product Quality
SHYAM CONSTRUCTION ensures that all materials supplied, including plaster, cement, mica, bricks, and natural sand, meet industry standards for quality and safety. Any material concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

4.Project Timeline
Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before work begins. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or client changes may extend the timeline.

5.Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details and ensuring that all permissions and approvals are obtained for the project site. SHYAM CONSTRUCTION will not be held liable for any delays caused by lack of permits or incomplete information.

6.Changes to the Project
Any modifications to the original project scope, such as changes in design or material, must be communicated in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes outside the original agreement.

7.Warranties & Liability
SHYAM CONSTRUCTION provides warranties on services and materials based on industry standards. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

8.Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice in writing. Upon termination, any completed work or supplied materials must be paid for as per the agreed terms.

9.Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the project is located, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
