SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES
- Delivery of Construction Materials
SHYAM CONSTRUCTION materials will be delivered to the site within a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 1 week, as per the project schedule agreed upon during the contract signing. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the availability of materials, weather conditions, and site accessibility. Any delays or changes to the delivery schedule will be communicated promptly. - Transportation and Handling
We ensure that all construction materials are carefully packed and transported to prevent any damage. Handling charges for transportation will be included in the project quotation unless specified otherwise. - Site Access Requirements
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the construction site is accessible for the delivery of materials and equipment. Any additional costs due to restricted access or special equipment needed for delivery will be discussed beforehand. - Inspection and Acceptance
Upon delivery, we encourage clients or their representatives to inspect the materials for quality and quantity. Any discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. - Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will vary based on the distance from our warehouse to the construction site and the volume of materials. Details of shipping charges will be included in the project quotation. - Cancellation & Changes
Changes to the delivery schedule should be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Any cancellations or significant changes may incur additional charges, depending on the stage of the project.
