Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation of Services
    • Before Project Commencement: SHYAM CONSTRUCTION If you choose to cancel our construction services before the project begins, you must notify us in writing. Any advance payments made will be refunded after deducting administrative and consultation fees.
    • After Project Commencement: Once the project has started, cancellations are not permitted. Payments for completed work or materials already purchased will not be refunded.
  2. Product Returns and Refunds
    • If you purchase construction materials (plaster, cement, mica, bricks, natural sand) from SHYAM CONSTRUCTION, you may request a refund or exchange only if the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.
    • All refund requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
  3. Non-Refundable Items
    • Customized or special-order products and materials that have been made or procured specifically for your project cannot be returned or refunded.
    • Labor costs, consultancy fees, or any other service-related charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  4. Changes to Orders
    • Any modifications to the agreed project scope or product orders may incur additional charges. In such cases, refunds for the original order or services will not be applicable.
  5. Force Majeure
    • SHYAM CONSTRUCTION will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or refunds resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental regulations, or supply chain disruptions.
  6. Refund Process
    • Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and we will notify you once the transaction is completed.
